VIJAY is one of the very few artistes who play the VICHITRA VEENA which is a very ancient musical instrument of India. After learning the basics from Allam Koteswara Rao at the Kalakshetra, Madras, Vijay practised and introduced new techniques and innovations and created a new style of playing the instrument, giving it a new dimension.
