VIJAY VENKAT evolved a new style of fusing the different styles of Western music with those of the Jazz styles, creating an absolutely thrilling variety of music which he calls Jazz-Fusion . He composes his own songs and his Jazz-Fusion or Contemporary Jazz concerts consist of his compositions which have a vastly improvised musical interludes which features structures with melody, harmony, and at times abstractness, showing the grace, various techniques and virtuosic displays of Violin playing with exceptional musical creativity that is spontaneous. His Jazz-Fusion concerts are astounding successes and drew great appreciation from all quarters. He performs as the lead Violinist, accompanied by a Bass Guitar , Key boards, and Drums.
